Senior Accountant - Renewable Energy Rolle in Melbourne

Australia's energy grid is being rebuilt in real time — and this business is right at the centre of it.

This is a newly launched, institutionally backed renewable energy platform developing, owning and operating solar, battery storage and flexible gas assets across Australia and New Zealand. With a substantial development pipeline, contracted hyperscale PPAs, and live M&A activity, the business is growing fast and the finance function is being built from the ground up.

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a lean Melbourne-based finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Controller.

What you'll do:

· Month-end close across multiple SPVs · Intercompany accounting and reconciliations · Capex tracking and cost capitalisation · Cash flow support and reporting · Audit, GST/BAS compliance

· Process improvement and controls — building from scratch

What we're looking for:

· CPA or CA qualified with 4–7+ years of experience · Strong multi-entity accounting background

· Experience in infrastructure, renewables or project finance environments preferred

· Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth team
