Sales Manager – Utility Scale PV & BESS

Sydney, NSW A global renewable energy technology organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support and expand strategic customer relationships across utility-scale solar and battery energy storage.

This position plays a key role in managing major utility-scale accounts while supporting the development of large-scale solar, storage, and hybrid renewable projects. You will work closely with internal technical, commercial, and senior leadership teams, acting as a trusted partner to developers, EPCs, utilities, and other key stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic utility-scale renewable energy accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at executive, commercial, and technical levels
• Identify, develop, and progress new project opportunities across solar PV, BESS, and hybrid solutions
• Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, and commercial offers
• Contribute to commercial and technical negotiations with customers
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings

Experience & Requirements:

• Successful track record in a Sales or Business Development role within renewable energy, with experience working in utility-scale Solar & BESS
• Experience working with OEM's and energy technologies.
• Strong understanding of the utility-scale renewable project lifecycle.
• Established professional network across developers, EPCs, utilities, consultants, or investors.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
