Responsibilities

As an Energy Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how they understand and plan for power availability across our operating regions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining real-time tracking tools and heat maps to monitor power availability in key markets.
• Analysing grid capacity, transmission constraints, and infrastructure developments to inform site selection and strategy.
• Providing data-driven insights through scenario modeling, forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Supporting grid connection strategies and capacity planning in collaboration with the Energy team.
• Collaborating with strategy, development, and sustainability teams to integrate grid intelligence into investment decisions.
• Monitoring regulatory changes, utility updates, and major project activity across the APAC region.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in energy analytics, grid planning, or infrastructure strategy, ideally within data centres, utilities, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or GIS platforms.
• A solid understanding of electricity markets, grid infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks in the APAC region.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
