State Lead – QLD | Energy & Infrastructure Consultancy
Location: Queensland (SA considered)
Start Date: ASAP
Package: High $200k to early $300k + Bonus

Our client is a fast-growing, specialist consultancy delivering end-to-end solutions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and a no-nonsense approach to delivery, they are now looking for a State Lead – QLD to spearhead their growth in the region.

What You’ll Do

•Lead business development and project delivery across QLD (50/50 split)
•Build and manage a high-performing local team
•Collaborate with national teams on major projects
•Travel occasionally to VIC and SA as needed

What We’re Looking For

•A strong QLD network across renewables, T&D, or energy infrastructure
•Technically credible – ideally with experience in grid connection, engineering, or commissioning
•Values-driven – respectful, client-focused, and collaborative
•Leadership without ego – no micro-managers here. We want maturity, flexibility, and openness

Must-Haves on Your CV

•Proven network in QLD’s energy sector
•Experience across multiple organisations or project types
•Technical credibility in renewables and/or transmission & distribution
