We work closely with our clients to understand the business requirements and the exact profile of senior leader needed for the role. Based on the outcomes will present a detailed go-to-market strategy aimed to attract relevant profiles with targeted head hunting initiatives.
Headhunting
Unlike contingent recruitment roles, executive level candidates are unlikely to apply to adverts or reply to the usual outreach methods. Our Executive Search team will nurture a select shortlist of candidates and actively sell your opportunity to emerging leaders within their fields.
Conversion
Counter offers, delays and drop-outs are far more common at executive level recruitment. Our team are experienced in mediating between client and candidate at an executive level to ensure that the process is frictionless and optimised for the highest possible chance of success.
Onboarding
Typical notice periods last 12 weeks or more. Our team will ensure that where possible we can negotiate earlier start dates and keep in regular contact with candidates through to their start date and beyond to ensure that every placement delivers against its initial objectives and expectations.
