Enemix is proud to partner with a well-established company seeking a Head of Sales to drive business growth and spearhead strategic sales initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, lead new product commercialisation, and be the face of an exceptional brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of six Sales Professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute revenue generation strategies to drive market expansion.
- Build new business partnerships while maintaining strong national client relationships, including East Coast travel.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase innovative solutions.
- Oversee Residential and C&I sales channels, ensuring sustained growth and market penetration.
Your Background
- Proven success in Channel Sales & Business Development within the energy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a dynamic team.
- Deep industry expertise in Battery Energy Storage, Solar Technologies (e.g., inverters), with a solid technical grasp of solutions.
- Extensive network across Australia, including distributors, installers, resellers, and commercial stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
