Are you a commercially savvy Contract Manager/Commercial Manager with a passion for the renewable energy sector in Australia? Enemix is working with a leading player in the clean energy sector to find a Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team in Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact energy projects across Australia, including solar, wind, and battery storage developments. You’ll be instrumental in managing complex contracts and negotiations that drive the success of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.


What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead the commercial assessment and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of key contractual documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure project success through to financial close.
- Manage contractual risks and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Support due diligence processes for new project acquisitions.


What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience with EPC contracts in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage large-scale commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with technical and legal aspects of energy project development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- A background in law, business, or engineering is advantageous (but not essential).
