What You’ll Do
Manage grid feasibility, connection, registration, commissioning, and compliance across the full project lifecycle
Conduct early-stage grid connection feasibility assessments and secure connection agreements
Lead technical due diligence for new wind, solar, and storage projects
Collaborate with AEMO, NSPs, and other stakeholders to shape network development strategies
Support operational asset performance, including metering, maintenance coordination, and loss optimization
Represent the company at industry forums and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting

What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in electrical/power systems engineering with 3–10 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of the NER, NEM, and grid connection processes for inverter-based resources
Experience with PSS®E, PSCAD, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory
Proven ability to work with AEMO, NSPs, OEMs, and technical consultants
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
Proactive, inquisitive, and outcomes-focused mindset
