Your Role Highlights

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
-Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
-Proficiency with PSSE, PSCAD, PowerFactory and other power system analysis tools.
-Understanding of power systems fundamentals and analytical problem-solving excellence.
-Familiarity with global grid codes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NERC).
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to explain complex ideas across diverse, multinational teams.
-Proven capability to collaborate in a multicultural, global environment.
Bonus Skills:
-Experience with grid interconnection studies for renewable energy projects at scale.
-Programming or scripting skills (Python, MATLAB, etc.) to refine workflows and analyse data.
-Professional Engineer (PE) certification or progress toward obtaining it.
-Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in global engineering practices.
