We’re seeking a Head of Power Systems to lead and grow a new capability within the Grid & Energy division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a business leadership role, driving strategy, capability development, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Power Systems capability, including team development and strategic planning
- Oversee delivery of safe, sustainable, and high-performance electrical engineering solutions
- Act as a senior technical authority and business leader across power systems and connection projects
- Ensure engineering designs meet client requirements and comply with relevant standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices and tools
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Support business development through technical leadership in proposals and client engagements
- Travel to project sites and client premises as needed

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in power systems engineering, ideally across renewables, utilities, mining, or infrastructure
- Proven leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and team development
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to business strategy
- Proficiency in industry-standard power systems software (e.g., DIgSILENT, PSS/E, PSCAD, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Professional registration (CPEng, NER, or equivalent)
