## **Responsibilities**
- Lead the development, analysis, and optimization of power systems using industry-standard tools such as **PSSE**, **PSCAD**, and **PowerFactory**.
- Develop and execute departmental strategies to meet organizational objectives related to sustainable energy and power systems growth.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of power systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee operational and financial performance of the Power Systems Division, taking full ownership of **P&L** responsibilities.
- Drive research and analysis on power system topics, including grid integration, renewable energy, energy storage, and system reliability.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implement quality assurance standards to meet technical and regulatory compliance.

## **Qualifications**
### **Required:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven experience in power systems analysis and design using tools like **PSSE**, **PSCAD**, and **PowerFactory**.
- A strong track record in managing teams and driving technical excellence in power systems projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing division-level budgets and operations with accountability for **profit and loss (P&L)** outcomes.
- Deep understanding of energy systems, including renewable energy integration, grid stability, and distributed energy resources.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
### **Preferred:**
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in diverse, global teams and promoting DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practices.
- Expertise in advanced grid topics, including microgrids, smart grids, and energy storage systems.
- Familiarity with evolving energy regulations, emerging technologies, and market trends.
