Overview

As part of our Transaction Services team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on critical financial and operational aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including corporate executives, private equity investors, and high-growth companies, to deliver actionable insights and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

-Lead or contribute to financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and disposals.
-Analyse financial and operational results of target businesses through accounting reviews, management interviews, and data analysis.
-Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to identify key issues impacting deal structure, valuation, and negotiation.
-Manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
-Support business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client relationship management, and demonstrating sector-specific expertise.
-For Director-level roles: Provide strategic leadership, manage complex engagements, and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
-CA qualification (or international equivalent).
-Proven experience in transaction diligence, M&A, external audit, or restructuring.
-Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
-For Director-level candidates: Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and developing client portfolios.

Day-to-Day

-Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the performance and potential risks of target businesses.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive due diligence reports.
-Engage with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored advice.
