Key Responsibilities

-Originate and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate and industrial offtakers
-Lead commercial input into EPC contracts, offtake agreements, and tolling arrangements
-Support financial close processes, including financial modelling and lender engagement
-Evaluate commercial viability of wind, solar, battery, and hydrogen projects
-Manage customer relationships and coordinate responses to PPA tenders
-Oversee internal commercial processes and liaise with legal, finance, and development teams
-Contribute to feasibility studies and due diligence for new investments and emerging technologies

Candidate Profile

-8–12 years’ experience in commercial roles within renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities
-Strong background in project finance and financial modelling
-Solid understanding of contract structures, ideally with a foundation in law or legal review (EPC, PPA, offtake)
-Proven track record in negotiating and closing PPAs and supporting financial close
-Experience with battery tolling models and hydrogen commercialisation is highly regarded
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
