What You’ll Do
- Lead business development and project delivery across SA (50/50 split)
- Build and manage a high-performing local team
- Collaborate with national teams on major projects
- Travel occasionally to VIC and QLD as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A strong SA network across renewables, T&D, or energy infrastructure
- Technically credible – ideally with experience in grid connection, engineering, or commissioning
- Values-driven – respectful, client-focused, and collaborative
- Leadership without ego – no micro-managers here. We want maturity, flexibility, and openness
Must-Haves on Your CV
- Proven network in SA energy sector
- Experience across multiple organisations or project types
- Technical credibility in renewables and/or transmission & distribution
