Service Engineer
Service Engineer (Full Time)
Location: Netherlands (field based)
You will be working for one of the most well known large scale energy developers in the Netherlands, who have numerous rooftop, floating, and ground mounted solar projects across the Netherlands and Belgium to work on, as well as BESS projects in the future.
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer who is passionate about ensuring the optimal performance of energy related installations. In this role, you will work independently across multiple sites, performing inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

About the Role
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of various technical installations. Your tasks include:
-Conducting on site inspections and performance measurements.
-Analyzing system data and identifying deviations.
-Resolving malfunctions using monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.
-Preventing downtime through proactive maintenance.
-Ensuring the safe and continuous operation of installations that serve thousands of users daily.
-Your technical insight and attention to detail enable you to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
What You Bring
We are looking for a Service Engineer with the following background:
-MBO 4 (or higher) technical education, preferably in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical field role.
-A valid BE driver’s license and VCA certification, or willingness to obtain these.
-A solution oriented mindset.
-Willingness to participate in standby shifts, including weekends and holidays.
