Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of renewable energy systems, with an emphasis on solar and storage solutions.
• Drive hands-on engineering efforts to optimize system performance and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies, assess system performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to develop and execute renewable energy projects.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the renewable energy industry to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure all projects comply with national and local regulations and adhere to company and client standards for sustainability and environmental impact.
• Use analytical tools and models to evaluate potential renewable energy developments and their technical and financial viability.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives to mentor and empower team members across various roles and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on solar and energy storage systems.
• Hands-on expertise in energy system design and optimization tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of renewable energy policies, market trends, and regulatory landscapes.
