Commercial Asset Manager – Renewable Energy (Agri‑Solar / PV / BESS)

Our client is a leading developer of nature‑friendly agri‑solar projects in North‑West Europe. Their solar parks are designed to strengthen biodiversity, support local agriculture, and deliver long‑term clean‑energy generation.

They are expanding their Asset Management team and are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to help improve financial performance, ensure strong stakeholder coordination, and support the long‑term success of their solar assets.

What you’ll do

• Analyse financial performance and risks across operational solar assets
• Prepare reports for shareholders, lenders and other stakeholders
• Act as the commercial point of contact for landowners, contractors and offtakers
• Manage compliance, registrations and information requests
• Maintain high‑quality project documentation
• Contribute to operational improvements across the organisation

What you bring

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, asset management or similar
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, finance, economics or related)
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Solid understanding of financial accounting
• Strong communication skills in Dutch & English
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused
• Interest in sustainability and renewable energy
