What You Bring

• In-depth Industry Experience: Over three years of experience in French short-term power markets, including ancillary services.
• Proficiency in Dispatching & Optimization: Proven expertise in optimizing flexible assets such as gas, CCGT, pumped storage, or batteries, with an understanding of real-time market dynamics.
• Programming & Algorithm Development Skills: Strong Python skills to construct predictive models, optimization frameworks, and execution logic from the ground up.
• AI Workflows Knowledge: Familiarity with AI workflows, enabling refinement and development of algorithmic trading systems for efficiency and revenue enhancements.
• Quantitative Background: A degree in a quantitative field, alongside hands-on experience working with models and algorithms.
• Interpersonal Strengths: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team environment across multiple locations.
