With two newly secured projects underway, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-profile projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of HV and data centre construction projects, from mobilisation to handover.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact on-site.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
  • Supervise HV testing and commissioning phases, ensuring timely and specification-compliant delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to avoid delivery impacts.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, forecasting, and commercial performance to internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong experience with high voltage electrical systems, switchboards, and power systems.
  • A solid electrical background combined with proven construction project management expertise.
  • Experience in mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure construction (highly advantageous).
  • Exceptional leadership skills to guide multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, high-profile project environment.

This position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Project Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. If you have the technical expertise and the drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Day-to-Day

Your typical day will involve:

  • Leading project teams to ensure seamless execution of HV and data centre projects.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Conducting site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site challenges.
  • Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed project reports to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or delays.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to lead delivery on some of the most active and exciting data centre projects in the market.
  • Work within a fast-moving consultancy that values decisiveness and innovation.
  • Enjoy genuine autonomy and a clear pathway to senior leadership roles in project delivery.
  • Be part of a supportive and empowering organisation that invests in its people.
