Enemix are partnering with an organisation purpose‑driven and at the forefront of enabling the region’s digital economy, delivering hyperscale data centre solutions to some of the world’s most influential and transformative companies.
To support their next phase of growth, we are partnering with the business to appoint an Associate Director - Power. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing energy and power capacity strategies that underpin the company’s growth and long‑term resilience. The role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of digital infrastructure in the region.
Responsibilities
As the Associate Director, of Power you will:
- Develop strategies for leveraging generation technologies to support our growth, including captive power, temporary power, and co-located power solutions.
- Originate power capacity opportunities with energy partners to meet growth requirements while aligning with sustainability targets.
- Assess generation technology options and establish commercial partnerships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), utilities, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to execute power strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Design & Product and Development, to integrate power solutions into our products and programs.
- Engage with leading global internet and technology companies, as well as the largest utilities, energy, and renewable providers in the region.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power project development, generation and supply, or utility development.
- Strong commercial, business, and energy market acumen, with expertise in investment, deal structuring, and business case preparation.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, including engaging with executive teams and investor groups.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
- A solid understanding of the utility and electricity markets in APAC.
- High motivation to learn, grow, and contribute to the organization’s success.
