As they continue expanding their Energy division, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their team in New South Wales.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of delivering substation and transmission projects, from initiation through to completion and handover.
- Manage program schedules, costs, and multidisciplinary project interfaces.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and collaboration.
- Represent the organization in key stakeholder engagements, including clients, communities, and industry partners.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting the growth of the New Energy division.
- Collaborate with a team of expert engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience in substations and high-voltage transmission projects.
- A proven track record of successful project delivery during the construction phase within energy or infrastructure sectors.
- A solid understanding of the New South Wales market, with strong professional networks in the region.
- Confidence in stakeholder communications, from on-site teams through to senior decision-makers.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive business growth alongside project delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
Day-to-Day
- Leading project meetings focused on progress updates, resolving challenges, and achieving milestones.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to share updates, gather input, and nurture relationships.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery remains on track.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain project quality.
- Representing the organization at industry events or community engagements.
