Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLS) is the world's largest provider of Electrical Balance of Systems (EBOS) solutions, which are the mission-critical power infrastructure components used to carry electrical current from solar panels to the inverter and onto the power grid. 

The Challenge


Shoals Technologies Group had been working with another recruitment agency to support their expansion into the Australian market, but the agency was struggling to deliver. With Shoals establishing a founding commercial team in Australia — a critical milestone in their APAC growth strategy — the quality and speed of hiring could not be compromised.

The process was managed end-to-end: weekly calls with the US leadership team kept everyone aligned, while Enemix handled the full candidate journey from identification through to offer and contract. The existing relationship between Enemix’s team and Shoals’ incoming Managing Director also ensured trust was established from day one, accelerating the process and enabling transparent dialogue throughout.


The Outcome


Enemix successfully placed both a Senior Sales Manager and a Sales Engineer, completing Shoals’ founding Australian commercial team. The quality of the process — built on regular communication, availability, and full transparency — laid the groundwork for a long-term partnership, with further roles already in scope as Shoals continues to expand across APAC.
