Enemix launches in Amsterdam

Scaleup Energy Recruitment Group Enemix sets its sights on Europe with the launch of a new Amsterdam office.

Enemix Group, one of the fastest-growing energy recruitment specialists in the Asia-Pacific region, has today announced the launch of a new European office. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy, aligning with the rapid expansion of the energy market across Europe and the need for specialised talent to drive the transition.

Europe is experiencing a decisive shift in its energy mix, and the timing for Enemix’s move couldn’t be more opportune with many recent studies pointing towards a rapid growth in both demand and investment in renewable energy across the continent.

For a rapidly growing recruitment company like Enemix, this translates into an expanded demand for talent across project development, engineering, construction, operations & maintenance, finance, legal/contracts, analytics, sales and executive leadership.

When asked about the decision to open the office in Europe, Founder Ned Menheneott said: “The decision reflects both practical and strategic considerations. Europe is well positioned as a hub for energy transition companies. We already support several international brands with talent hubs across Europe and by embedding locally, we hope to differentiate by combining global energy sector expertise with European market nuance expertise.”

Enemix, Managing Director, Ryan Mangan will be tasked with transferring Enemix’s unique brand of recruitment from Asia-Pac to Europe and it’s a task that he’s looking forward to: “Europe’s energy transition is accelerating – and with it the need for high calibre talent,” he said. “By opening our European office, we are committing to serve European clients with the same depth of sector expertise and global reach that we have developed across the Asia-Pac region. We aim to raise the bar for recruitment in the energy sector and service companies build their teams for the long term.”

In addition to the new office, the group has announced the addition of Joshua Braddon to the role of Managing Director, Europe. Josh brings a wealth of leadership and recruitment experience across the Eurpean Energy market.

Speaking about his hopes for the new office Josh said: “We’re very excited to open Enemix Europe. We’re looking to bring a new level of recruitment customer service to the energy world, with the current levels of challenge and innovation that the energy market in Europe is facing, there is demand for good, educated consultants who know this space well to help companies navigate the complicated talent pools, and we’re excited to bring that into the energy-mix!
